Elemy Yeme is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who has always believed in opportunity. At a very young age, she established that seeking and facilitating opportunities for those in need was her devotion. However, it wasn’t until she volunteered at a special education classroom that she became interested in working with individuals with disabilities.
Guided by her fascination for people and human behavior as well as her undeniable passion for improving the lives of those that she serves; she earned her master’s degree in curriculum and instruction with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Arizona State University. Having worked in the field of ABA for 6 years has led her to strongly believe that no single approach is the right one for every individual. She finds individualization of treatment plans to be the most important aspect of quality services. As a result, she always strives for high standards of service provision by implementing and creating highly effective, greatly individualized, treatment plans for clients diagnosed with a variety of developmental, neurological and learning disabilities.
Elemy is dedicated to making the largest socially significant impact on the individuals and the families that she works with. Nothing makes her happier than seeing her clients accomplish tasks that were once thought to be impossible to achieve. As such, the positive impact from her services goes beyond the clinical setting and continues to bring meaningful change to the quality of life of her clients and their families.
