Kelsey Nielsen is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who is passionate about using her time and skills to make a positive difference in the lives of individuals and families affected by autism, and other developmental and learning disabilities. When she began working as an RBT in November of 2018, she expected to enjoy the position – but did not expect to fall in love with the field.
Kelsey has found so much joy working as part of clinical teams that have brought genuine improvements to the quality of life of her clients and their families. She strives to provide high quality service and to build impactful, collaborative relationships. She is eager and dedicated in continuing to grow as a provider; and is currently pursuing her master’s in special education, with the ultimate goal of becoming a BCBA.
