Chantelle d'Ailly

Chantelle d’Ailly has worked in the field of applied behavior analysis for over three years. Chantelle found her passion in high school when she nannied and tutored kids that had learning challenges. Since then she has always looked for opportunities to support others and as a result has worked with a wide range of individuals. After obtaining her bachelor’s degree from university of San Diego Chantelle knew she wanted to be in a profession that made a difference. She earned her master’s degree from Cappella University and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Chantelle believes in taking a naturalistic approach and using interventions that work best for the client and the family. She has experience working in home, at school and in the community with individuals aged 2-19. It’s Chantelle’s hope to provide school’s the support they need to provide quality behavior interventions to their students. Chantelle is always expanding her knowledge and experience to quality and effective interventions
