Kelsey Nielsen is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who is passionate about using her time and skills to make a positive difference in the lives of individuals and families affected by autism, and other developmental and learning disabilities. When she began working as an RBT in November of 2018, she expected to enjoy the position – but did not expect to fall in love with the field.

She has always had a passion for working with children: coaching sports teams, being a nanny, and volunteering in the community with children with diverse needs. After completing her Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Southern California, Lauren researched the certification process to become a Board Certified Behavior Analysis (BCBA).
